A traditional finnish christmas pastry
Lay the frozen sheets onto the baking tray. Wait for them to soften for about 30 minutes. Cut the sheets in half to form squares. Make a couple-inch cut on each of the corners of all squares. Fold the corners to the center of each square to form star shapes. Break an egg into a bowl and beat the structure of the egg. Coat the tarts with the egg wash. After that, place a spoonful of plum marmalade in the center of each tart. Now you can put the tarts into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Finally, take the tarts out of the oven, let them cool, and enjoy.
