Slowly cooked tender pork roast.
Put the meat in the oven bag. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl. Drain the sauce to the oven bag and let the meat marinade in room temperature for 60 mins. Put the meat onto a oven pan and make a small cut to the corner of the bag. Bake for 5 hours at 125°C. Drain the sauce in to a kettle and boil it for a while. Shred or slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
